Special features of Klarol
- It is always installed in the by-pass line of the hydraulic circuit
- It works at a pressure between 3 kg/cm2 and 10 kg/cm2
- Purified oil coming out of Klarol is at atmospheric pressure and so cannot go up on its own
- One unit of Klarol is required for upto 250 litres, 2 for upto 600 litres, 3 for 1000 litres, 4 for 1500 litres and thererafter every unit of Klarol can take care of 500 litres of oil
- Only 25 litres of oil passes through Klarol in 1 hour
Mobile System
A set of 4 or 6 Klarols with 20 LPM pump motor, 149 µ strainer and no return solenoid valve in suction line, 10 µ filter assembly in excess line, a preheater with thermostatic control, a 30 litre tank for collection of purified oil with a secondary pump motor of 10 LPM to send back the purified oil to desired overhead tank, a control panel with safety relays and sensors, all mounted on a trolley with valves and hoses. This machine can be connected to some hydraulic tank and run continuously for a certain period to bring the oil at certain NAS value. Then it can be shifted to come other hydraulic machine. It can also be used to restore back the dirty and rejected oil kept in barrels.
Permanent Installation
Klarol oil cleaning system can be installed permanently and independantly on every hydraulic machine for best results. It will clean the oil every moment the machine is in operation. Oil will be kept at a NAS value of 6. There are three options available for permanent installation.

Models Available |
A. Direct Installation
|
If in the hydraulic circuit of the machine, pressure is available in the range of 3-10 kg/cm2, a connection for Klarol can be taken from there by putting a T-connector and creating a bypass line. Klarol will draw oil from there and after purifying will put it back into the tank. |

| B. With Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) |
Generally in the hydraulic circuits, pressure is more than 10 kg/cm2 and hence by putting a pressure reducing valve in the bypass circuit Klarol can be connected. |
Cost of 1 PRV extra |

| C. With Independant Pump Motor |
A set of one or more Klarols can be installed on the top of a tank along with an independant pump-motor to draw oil from the tank . After purification the purified oil is returned back to the tank by gravity. This system works independantly without disturbing the existing hydraulic circuit. |
Slightly expensive as the cost of 1 motor-pump and control panel is added |
